Manual Blaine apparatus used to determine the fineness of Portland cement in terms of specific surface area expressed as mass surface area (total surface area) in square centimeters per gram or square meters per kilogram.

The unit is supplied with a stainless steel cell with perforated disk and plunger, a U-shaped manometer tube with suction bulb fixed to the metal support. The set comes with a box of 1000 filter papers.
