RTFOT Rolling thin-film oven
Used to measure the effect of heat and air on a moving bitumen film. Plate rotation speed: 15 ± 0.2 rpm. Temperature maintained at +163°C by electronic regulator with digital display. Large 320x215 mm glass porthole. Supplied with flowmeter, digital thermostat, ASTM 13C control thermometer, ventilation device, eight glass vials Ø 64x140 mm. The oven is also equipped with a second safety thermostat to prevent accidental overheating. Power supply: 230V 1ph 50Hz 1700W / Dimensions: 620x620x910 mm / Weight: 55 kg. Requires compressed air source up to 2 bar pressure or diaphragm pump (to be ordered separately).
